Yes. We do have a cancelation policy. Any appointments 10 minutes late or longer groomers reserve the right to reschedule and mark as missed. This ensures we can maintain our one-on-one philosophy and ensure every pet gets our complete attention. We also require all appointments be rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid a fee ranging $10 up to 50% of the scheduled service.

For canines we require up-to-date copies of your pets rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella

For cats we require FVRCP and Rabies

You can bring these to your appointment and we can make a copy, you can text or email them to us or call your vet and they can email us a copy to [email protected]

While it does vary we do typically book out a few weeks. So we always recommend to call at least 2 weeks prior to needing your appointment. We typically recommend rebooking at pick-up to avoid any wait times and allowing more variety for dates and times to better suit your schedule 

Nope! Nail trims are a walk in service Mon-Fri from 9am to 4pm! 

Our grooming service prices are based on various factors- size, breed, coat type, coat condition, and behavior. For an estimate please call our office for a more tailored price.
